Company and delegate information entered here will be displayed in the Delegates area of the event website and in the printed event directory. The responsibility for accuracy of information rests solely with delegates and the companies they represent.

Terms and Conditions

1. The participation at the business meetings forum, flights (Economy ticket in regular schedule airline – up to 800€), airport transfers (on the 6th and the 9th of May only), social activities, three nights hotel accommodation and meals according to the programme, unless otherwise agreed, will be supplied and organized by the organizers: Buena Vista Forums S.L.
2. Once the organization has confirmed the attendance of the Specifier at the forum, no cancellation without penalty is allowed within 6 weeks of the forum date. The specifier can substitute their place with another colleague who has a suitable purchasing authority and projects within the company – if the flights for the first delegate have been booked, the specifier company will cover the cost of the flights for the new delegate.
3. If a cancellation is made within 6 weeks before the event date and no replacement delegate is confirmed, the specifier will have to cover the cost for their flights/train, and other related travel expenses.
4. No persons other than those officially registered and approved by the organizers may attend any part of the even.
5. All insurances, including travel, accident etc., must be arranged independently by delegates. Such matters are not the responsibility of Buena Vista Forums S.L.
6. Visas and vaccinations (where applicable) to be organized by the delegate. If a specifier delegate doesn’t get the visa on time resulting in a cancellation within 6 weeks of the event, the specifier company will be responsible for the cost of the flights.
7. Attendees at HDE shall agree to the use of all photographic and video material taken at the event being utilized by Buena Vista Forums S.L., in connection with promoting future events should they wish to do so.
8. In submitting this form, you confirm that you have the relevant authority, on behalf of the named company, to enter into this agreement.
9. Applications will be reviewed, and applicants will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the organizers.
10. Buena Vista Forums S.L reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
